Resolved Question: Teaching Credentials in New York or Texas?

My fiance and I are native New Yorkers, born and raised. We are currently looking to relocate. As much as we love New York its time for us to leave, we've decided that we want to raise our family and start our new life in Texas. I have my master's degree already and my fiance is still working towards his B.A. degree but will be finish soon. We are trying to decide whether or not he should get his B.A. degree here and then we move straight to Fort Worth, TX and he can earn his teaching credentials there. Or if he should just continue here in New York, earn the necessary certifications and get his Master's in Education and then move to Texas and have it all transferred over.
